The flat is located on the ground floor of a residential complex not far from the seashore.
The 53-square-metre flat has a bedroom with a double bed (160x190 cm) and a bunk bed that sleeps 2, a bathroom with shower and a kitchen-living room with a sofa bed (160x190 cm). The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, a food processor and smoke and steam extractors. Both the bedroom and the kitchen have an LCD television with satellite programmes. The flat with thermophan windows with sound insulation and total blackout is equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fans and heating. It also has a safe, a stereo system, a washing machine, free Wi-Fi Internet access, a telephone (reception only) and an interphone.
Outside there is a 16 sq. m. terrace, which is covered with a tarpaulin and equipped with outdoor dining furniture and a barbecue.
