A pleasant holiday home in an excellent location in Mellbystrand. Within walking distance is Sweden's longest swimming beach, shallow and child-friendly. The plot is spacious and there are several play equipment for the children. A perfect choice for families with children. In the slightly older main cabin, there is a living room with comfortable furniture, dining table, Apple TV and a warming wood stove. The small kitchen has all equipment and also a dishwasher. The bedroom is small and divided into two sections. One with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. At the entrance there is a covered terrace with outdoor furniture and at the back there is also a terrace with outdoor furniture and barbecue. The guest house is newly built and bright and fresh. There is a bathroom with shower and washing machine. There are several alternative beds in the room. A bunk bed with 140 cm + 90 cm beds. The sofa bed is for two people. In the annex there is also an Apple TV. Free Wi-Fi is available in both buildings. In the storage building next door, there is an extra toilet and also a simple outdoor shower. There are soccer goals and a trampoline on the grounds. There are also outdoor games and games for rainy days. The owner also lets you borrow a variety of older bikes free of charge. The cottage is not rented out to youth groups. At a convenient distance is Mellbystrand with its beach hotel and its small shops and restaurants. In the northern part is Hökafältet, a valued nature reserve with several exercise loops and walking paths. Why not visit the small town of Laholm with its beautiful location by the Lagan. Lagan has a nice salmon fishery (fishing license required). For those interested in golf, there are many golf courses in the area. The nearest is Laholms Gk.
