This tranquil beauty, is a contemporary stay located in well established suburb of West Launceston a convenient location to visit local attractions including the Cataract Gorge and First Basin and a five minute drive to the CBD. It is the perfect base for exploring Norther Tasmania. The eye-catching exterior of this studio certainly matches the interior. Make your way around to the right side of the main, where you will find the entrance. Step inside, where you will be welcomed by a simple but beautiful space. The fully-contained studio features contemporary furnishings and modern comforts. The open space integrates a comfortable queen-sized bed, a two-seater dining suite and a gorgeous kitchenette. A smart TV is affixed the eastern wall, providing easy viewing from the dining suite, or from the comforts of the bed. The kitchen is well equipped, featuring dining wear, a gorgeous oven and stove, consumables, a mini fridge and several modern appliances for your use. The space graciously flows into the lovely combined laundry-bathroom. The space provides guests with a washing machine, to cater to all their laundry requirements, a spacious walk-in shower, and ample storage. The space truly is beautiful, and the perfect spot for your next as a couple or a solo traveller. You are invited to use the space as your own, and have full access to the studio. The house to the left of the garage space is a private and separate accommodation offering. Please do not attempt to access this. We are available by phone from 8 am to 8 pm if you have any questions during your stay. We would love it if you could message us when you have arrived safely and also a message on leaving is appreciated so we can clean as early as possible for our next guests. Please let me know as soon as you can if there are any issues at all so I have a chance to take the appropriate action to ensure your stay is it should be - totally stress-free and relaxing!! I'm not always able to personally check the house before your arrival - I am heavily reliant on my housekeeper and I need to know as soon as possible if you and therefore I have been let down in any way by the presentation of Amali House. The cafes of Charles Street are a stone’s throw away, and you’ll be spoilt for choice when it comes to delicious brunch options. Brickfields Reserve is less than 20 minutes’ walk, a traditional square park offering a leafy oasis for exercise and picnics. All the attractions of Launceston are within easy reach, including Cataract Gorge, The Queen Victoria Museum and Gallery, and the vibrant Harvest Community Farmers' Market, held on Saturdays. Launceston is the gateway to the stunning wine trails of the Tamar Valley, and around two hours' drive from Cradle Mountain-Lake St Clair National Park – home to the world-famous Overland Track. Airport: Approximately 13 minutes drive to the airport. Public Transport: A short 1km walk to the nearest bus stop. For stays 28 days or longer will be required to pay an additional fortnightly mid stay cleaning charge for each 14 day period. The property has a hot water cylinder so we suggest guest stagger showers in the morning and night. The tank will last a maximum of 25 minutes before it is drained and will need to reheat.
