Located on the second floor of a small, recently renovated building, you can have a pleasant stay in this 41 m2 two-room apartment.

Renovated at the start of 2023, this characterful apartment offers spacious rooms, great amenities, and a lovely view of Place Rotrou. We were able to preserve the traditional side of the building during its renovation. This apartment is not only comfortable, bright, and cozy. We feel immediate well-being. Near the entrance, you will find a separate toilet with a sink.
The kitchen is well-equipped. A real oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee, microwave, small fridge.
The living room includes a comfortable convertible sofa 160 x 200 cm. You will find pillows and duvet as well as additional guest towels in the room (they are in two bins under the bed in the room). A 40-inch smart television is also available. You will be able to connect to Netflix, Prime, etc. with your own accounts. The shutters and curtains will allow you to rest in the morning if necessary. You have a view of Place Rotrou which was redeveloped as semi-pedestrian at the beginning of 2023.
The bedroom and the bathroom are linked. The double bedding (140 x 200) has again been taken care of and you will certainly appreciate the mattress topper offering softness and comfort. A wardrobe and shelves suitable for short-term stays, as well as a desk for working, decorate this very pleasant room. The bathroom is also completely new and meets the standards desired by most of our visitors. There is also a washing machine, a drying rack, and ironing equipment.
We allow departure at 2:30 p.m. on Sundays. Enjoy!
