The outdoor area is not yet fully completed.

The terrace is accessible, but a final strip of pavement slabs is still missing. However, this area is only of visual significance.

Furthermore, there is not yet a complete visual barrier to the neighboring property. Therefore, a temporary solution has been put in place to ensure the privacy of all guests.

I would also like to point out that during the core renovation, the exterior wall was damaged and dirtied.
I ask you to disregard these purely cosmetic "deficiencies" in your review after a successful stay. Over time (and with suitable weather), all these little things will be fixed bit by bit.

The apartment has a king-size bed (1.8 x 2 m), a comfortable sofa bed (1.2 x 1.9 m), and an optional baby cot in the form of a foldable travel or side bed (50 x 85 cm).

The sofa bed is perfect for up to two children.

Moreover, the apartment features child-friendly equipment.

This equipment includes a baby cot as a foldable travel/side bed with pillows, blanket, and bedding, a 1x1 meter playpen with a soft and adjustable-height floor, a changing pad that can be mounted on the travel cot, another lightweight portable changing pad, an adjustable brand-name high chair with padding, tabletop, and strap, a baby tub, childproof sockets, corner guards for furniture (provided for self-attachment), and baby and child dishes/utensils.

A large and beautiful playground in a very quiet location is also within a 5-10 minute walk.
