- The MAIN LEVEL SITTING AREA has comfortable seating and a Smart TV that’s a wonderful place to unwind at the end of the day. There are floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that give direct access to the private outdoor terrace.
- The PRIVATE PATIO features a dining table to enjoy your culinary creations or just drinks with your company and a great view of the city. There’s a charcoal BBQ for grilling up some tasty treats!
- A KITCHEN well-equipped with high-quality appliances and all the extras to prepare any meal of the day if you wish, and the important extras included, like a coffee maker for your morning kickstart and a blender for your afternoon mixers. There’s a small table that can accommodate 4.
- For enjoying a sit-down meal, the DINING TABLE can accommodate 8 comfortably.
- The UPPER-LEVEL SITTING AREA features a fun yellow sofa and an OFFICE DESK for the remote worker or student.

Getting Around:
The property is approximately 15 km to/from the Aeropuerto Internacional Benito Juarez (MEX).

- Taxi: Look for the authorized taxi stands inside the airport terminal. These taxis are safe and regulated. Ensure you agree on the fare with the driver before starting the journey. It's generally a good idea to have some local currency (Mexican Pesos) on hand to pay for the taxi ride.
- Private Car Service: Many private car services and rideshare companies operate in Mexico City. You can book a ride in advance using apps like Uber or Didi Chuxing.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. Any damaged or lost items such as towels, sheets, blankets, broken armchairs, furniture, or wall stains will be charged at the time of checkout.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
We welcome one pet per stay with an additional fee. Due to the size of the apartment, we prefer no more than one pet.

- Travelers must be at least 21 years old or older to make a reservation.
- It is strictly prohibited to consume, purchase, or sell any type of illegal substances within the premises.
- It is compulsory to send a copy of the ID of the main guest and all adult guests staying at the property. The requirement to send IDs is enforced by the building administration, failure to send the IDs will result in denied access to the building.
- Smoking is prohibited on the property.
- No events or parties are allowed.
- Loud music is prohibited at all times.
- Please do not use bath towels to remove makeup, dye, sunscreen, or oil; a replacement fee will be charged for any stains.
- If you plan to have visitors, please inform us one day in advance and provide a photo of your ID.
- Please respect the neighbors on the street and in the building.
- Maintain silence when entering or exiting the property and/or the building to avoid disturbing the neighbors.
- Please keep the entrance door closed at all times.
- Check-in time is from 3 pm onwards. Check-out time is before 11:00 am.
