The spaces are designed for socializing, cooking, playing games, and simply being. The 65 sqm covered patio facing the courtyard, equipped with infrared heating in the ceiling, extends outdoor living well into the fall and early spring.
The bathroom with shower and toilet has direct access to the wooden deck, perfect for servicing outdoor activities during the summer or for a quick dip in the wood-fired hot tub in the middle of winter.
With a separate entrance from outside, there is also a sauna in the corner of the house where you can sit and enjoy the sight of deer, hares, and other animals foraging in the field below on a winter night.
Guest Access:
As a guest, you have exclusive access to the entire house and the apartment on the second floor of the barn, as well as the surrounding grounds. The nearest neighbor is 600m away.

Next to the property, there is an airfield (5-800m from the main house) where racing events take place on certain days (usually on weekends and only during the day). Several smaller private planes take off and land daily, and occasionally a glider passes silently and at low altitude above the house during approach.

Otherwise, the area is very quiet, except for the nightingales, geese flying in to Rönneå, pigeons, and the occasional cuckoo.
