The Space:
This fabulous two-story brick home across from Ormond Beach's beloved Seabridge Riverfront Park is the perfect place for a family getaway. Every kind of comfort and convenience has been thoughtfully taken into account, as it features four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a laundry area, and a large loft upstairs. Space abounds downstairs with a huge living room, a pantry/mudroom, and a handy half bath.
Additionally, enjoy summertime fun in the screened-in dual-purpose pool (ripe for laps or just plain enjoyment!) complete with an added screened-in area - perfect for keeping kids and pets away from the pool if desired.

Our property is equipped with external security cameras to ensure guest safety. Rest assured, no cameras are present inside the apartment. Please also note that we have noise monitoring devices that do not record audio. Additionally, smoke alarms and fire extinguishers are provided for your safety.
• FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS •
1. Can I check-in early?
• We'll have to confirm a time the night before or the morning of your arrival, pending the cleaning schedule and the status of the house. It is best to scheduled for 4PM check-in in case we're unable to. Of course, we'll do our best to make it happen, though!
2. Do you have a luggage storage?
• We don't have a secure luggage storage to store your luggage. You may check Vertoe for nearby luggage storage options.
3. Do you offer daily clean?
• We don't offer daily housekeeper however, if you need it, we can certainly make arrangements for an additional cost.
4. Do you replace towels and sheets?
• We don't usually replace towels and sheets. We'd be glad to schedule a light clean with towels and sheets replacement for an extra fee.
5. Do you replenish supplies?
• Our homes are self-catering. We are happy to provide you with the initial supplies to get you started. Once that runs out, you'll need to purchase more on your own.
