Spanning over 5,500 sq ft, this home was designed for gathering offering space, privacy, and connection. Relax in the vaulted great room with floor-to-ceiling windows and a cozy gas fireplace, or cook unforgettable meals in the fully equipped chef’s kitchen.
After a day of adventure, unwind in the private hot tub with panoramic views or host a movie night in the home theater with a 4K projector, and 120” retractable screen.

Getting Around:
We recommend renting a car to explore the area comfortably year-round. In summer, e-bikes are a great option to ride into town or reach nearby trails and rivers. There’s one garage space plus ample parking on the gravel driveway.

HOUSE/NEIGHBORHOOD RULES:
●The home is located in a beautiful, upscale HOA community facing the Tetons! As such we ask all guests respect the rules and our neighbors to ensure a peaceful experience for everyone. By booking this home, you agree to follow all house rules listed below. Violations of these rules will result in a $500 fine per infraction, charged to the credit card on file.
●QUIET HOURS – Quiet hours (County Law) are from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect our neighbors as sound travels far in open spaces.
●NO FIREWORKS – Fireworks are not allowed on the property or anywhere in the subdivision.
●MAXIMUM number of guests cannot exceed the number booked through your channel and can never exceed 12.
●STRICT NO EVENTS POLICY – Violating the no events rule (including unauthorized parties, large gatherings, etc.) will result in a $2,500 fine, charged to the credit card on file, immediate cancellation of your reservation, and eviction with no refund.
***Breach of any House/Neighborhood rule is subject to fine and rental termination.***
●EXTERIOR LIGHTS – Please turn off exterior lights at night to preserve the dark sky environment and allow for great stargazing (from the hot tub :).
●SPEED LIMITS –20 MPH on Middle Teton Road and 25 MPH on Grand Teton Road to maintain safety in the neighborhood.
●PARKING – A maximum of four (4) licensed vehicles are
allowed in the driveway. No parking on the street or in unauthorized areas.
●LOCK DOORS WHEN NOT HOME – Keep all main entry doors locked when the home is unoccupied for security.
●NO RECREATIONAL VEHICLES – Riding snow machines, dirt bikes, or ATVs is strictly prohibited in the subdivision or on the rental property.
