Before coming you must double-check certain aspects in order to avoid unwanted situations. Please make sure you have check-in guidelines saved (off-line source and these will be provided 3 days prior actual arrival).
If you come from overseas, be aware electricity is 110V in the USA and standard extension plug / charger may be different.
No pets (we love them though lol)
No smoking inside the property (outside would be ok, take care of cigarrets butts)

Your Satisfaction is our top priority, we want you to have an amazing time with us, but also there are some aspects you need to KEEP IN MIND.
This is a residential home, our neighbors are families and our friends, we want to keep the good relation with them after your visit. The house main goal is to provide guests a nice space for them to rest, sleep and have a nice experience. Music at decent levels is always welcome, so is sharing time with your people. However, parties, loud events, exceeding the amount of people allowed, drugs comsuption and other serious issues will lead to eviction, which is the last thing we want to do.
We just want you to follow basic rules, we trusted you by hosting you, don`t let us down :)
Smoking is adamantly prohibited inside the property, you could always smoke outside ( taking care of cigarret butts), if place is found smelling like cigarretes/other substances you will be fined, airbnb is taking seriously this matter as it affects coming guests. Penalty could go from $100 usd to $300. By booking you agree to pay this fee.
-Strictly prohibited productions or events at location.
-Please be advised that hosting parties is strictly prohibited and attaching items to the walls is not allowed. Should any decorations result in damage to the surfaces, an additional fee will be assessed based on the extent of the damage
-Pets are not allowed
-Only the number of guests on the reservation are allowed to stay over.
-No food or drinks are allowed on the bedrooms. The bedding linens and/or carpet will be replaced at your cost if found stained. .
- Please check out at 11, (any other time has to be mutually agreed), last thing we want is take money from your deposit for late check out. (50 usd every 30 min)
- If provided with keys, there wil be a $ 100 charge if lost
- If you stain or break the towels or sheets during your stay, there will be a charge: Towels $10 Sheets $ 40
- If you dont park in the assigned place, your car might be towed at your own expense

WE`D RATHER KEEP YOU FROM SHIPPING orders or packages to our location, in the case we need to send someone to collect your order, a fee of 50 usd has to be paid before picking the package as we need to pay for someones time and errand. We appreciate the understanding.
