WE ARE LOCATED ON EDGEWATER
This is such a nice place that it is equipped with amenities other buildings dream to have. , Gym , Yoga Room , Hot tub with Bay-view, even a barber-shop (Haircare Salon), Dry cleaner (additional payment ) at the lobby among others!!! ( even gym jacuzzy and pool, but these 3 are subject to AVAILABILITY, that is why we don`t have pics of those) Great location, free garage parking space for one care and wifi! Grocery stores and restaurants nearby (some might be out of service due to current situation)
This modern apartment is very spacious and super bright. You have incredible unobstructed City views from the living room and bedrooms. The apartment offers a large balcony to just sit and relax with the amazing views.
The unit has a fully equipped kitchen, microwave , oven and a full size refrigerator.
Dining area has sitting for 6 people.
The living room has two futons and a flat screen 50` tv.
1 more than comfortable bedroom with a king size bed strategically positioned so that you can be lying in bed while appreciating the amazing city view during the day, and the city lights during the night. If you want no view, just put blinds down.
Note:
1: To access certain facilities you will need the fob which will be handed off prior arrival.
2: Furniture might have been already changed by the time of check in... photos were taken a while ago and as they present natural attrition it must get changed.. we always try to get alike furniture though
We are located on Edgewater Pool, gym and jacuzzy currently under maintenance processes / Out of service

Every area is accesible in the property (subject to availability) ! You will be provided with one space in the parking lot. You can go around in this amazing neighborhood at daylight to check what it has to offer!

Housekeeper is also available for questions and additional cleaning service (not for free, but in case of staying for a few days nothing better than a flawless space , don`t you think?).

Before coming you must double-check certain aspects in order to avoid unwanted situations. Please make sure you have check-in guidelines saved (off-line source and these will be provided 3 days prior actual arrival).
If you come from overseas, be aware electricity is 110V in the USA and standard extension plug / charger may be different.
No pets (we love them though lol)
No smoking inside the property (outside would be ok, take care of cigarrets butts)
