Relax year-round in the enclosed lanai with an 8-person dining table, indoor fireplace, and rocking chairs overlooking Pikes Peak...ideal for morning coffee, reading, or late-night board games.
Kitchen
The fully stocked kitchen includes a full-size stove, oven, microwave, blender, and both Keurig and drip coffee makers (pods + supplies provided). You’ll find pantry basics and a cozy breakfast island for two.
Living Room
Enjoy the inviting living area with a Roku TV, sleeper sofa, DVD player, and mountain views from every window.

Guest Access:
This is a single home with (2) rental units, an upper and lower. Pike's View Guesthouse is the lower unit. It is fully insulated from the upper unit with Structure 40 insulation for maximum noise reduction. It's a 1000 sq. ft newly renovated (2023) and has it's own private entry, private deck and yard.
Romantic, quiet, perfect mountain get-away for families and friends. Great views of Pike's Peak (of course!). It's on 3 acres and is a gated property for privacy.

- I-285 is the main highway in and out of town and is well-maintained year-round
- Driveway is private, with space for multiple vehicles and surrounded by trees for added privacy
**In winter months, 4WD or AWD is strongly recommended due to snow and mountain roads
