The park directly across the street from my home has recently been completely re-designed with new basketball courts, activity areas, workout area, and playground.
In addition to the park across the street, my property boasts a private backyard (which is rare in RiNo Art District) with yard games, sectional couch, lounge chairs, overhead bistro lights, bbq grill & hot tub!
The detached garage also features overhead bistro lights, ping pong table, and a foosball table. Great place to change the scenery without leaving the property.
The home is equipped with a fully-equipped kitchen, keurig coffee maker, color-changing smart lights, pool table, foosball table, Sonos speakers, Epson HD Projector with 84-inch projector screen and Polk speakers, Alexa devices, upright piano, large conference table, A/C units in each room, beer pong table, cornhole, high-thread count linens, large plush bath towels, blackout curtains and more.
