•Cancellation Policy: Strict, nonrefundable, and no date adjustments once a reservation is made.

•Guests may walk around and observe animals.
•Feed approved animals with a $10 feed bucket (available for purchase).
•Safety Rules:
•Do not pass under the “Take a Walk on the Wild Side” sign without a wildlife guide.
•No entering open gates, doors, or areas marked “Employees Only.”
•No touching animals unless part of a guided experience (USDA regulation).
